Start using Genius today!

There is an initial $995 one time setup fee. If you have existing data to import we do charge a one time fee for data import with prices ranging from $300 upwards. We can give you an accurate quote for this before work begins, but our average import charge is just $600.

The contracts is a rolling 12 month contract. You can renew for 12 months at a time when your initial 12 months expires.

When you subscribe to Genius your subscription price per user is locked in for the 12 month contract. This means you will never pay any more per user during that 12 month period, even if you add more users later.

If you ever leave Genius you can take your data with you, it's all yours. If you don't we delete it after 7 days.

We take payment by subscription on a monthly basis (1st of the month) via a bank card this is done by using Stripe and is a fully automated process.

Just give us a call and we do all of the work for you. You will always pay your locked in subscription price for the year per user, even if our prices go up.

We can have you using Genius within 30 minutes, this includes setting up your account, payment details and giving you full access to Genius.
